Exchange & Return Policy

At The Italian Couture, we strive to provide you with premium and luxury quality products.
Your satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our exchange and return policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds once an order has been placed and delivered. However, customers may be eligible for an exchange under certain conditions listed below.

2. Exchange Eligibility

You may request an exchange if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect when delivered.

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • The request is made within 3 days of delivery.

Note: Color difference due to lighting or screen resolution will not be considered a valid reason for exchange.

3. Non-Exchangeable Items

We cannot accept exchanges for:

  • Sale or discounted items.

  • Accessories, innerwear, or custom-stitched outfits.

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling.

4. Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange:

  1. Contact us at support@theitaliancouture.com or WhatsApp us within 3 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number, product images, and reason for exchange.

  3. Our team will verify and approve your request if it meets our policy conditions.

  4. Once approved, send the product back using any reliable courier service (shipping cost to be borne by the customer).

5. Shipping & Handling

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

  • If the exchange is approved, we will ship the replacement item once the returned product is received and inspected.

6. Damaged or Wrong Product Received

If you receive a wrong or damaged item, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos.
We’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost (depending on stock availability).
